Pricing & Billing

How does pay‑as‑you‑go work?

Credits are usage‑based. 1 credit = 1 successful publish request to one platform. A cross‑post to 3 platforms uses 3 credits.

We only bill on success. Transient failures auto‑retry and do not consume credits.

Do credits expire?

Credits do not expire, subject to fair‑use and anti‑abuse controls. We may contact you if usage patterns indicate abuse.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes. Automatic discounts apply at checkout: 5% at 100+, 15% at 500+, 30% at 2000+ posts.

What about refunds?

We only charge on success. Failed posts do not consume credits. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support and we’ll investigate promptly.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Billing is seatless. You pay only for successful posts. Team features are available without per‑user fees.

Taxes and invoices

Prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes. Invoices include tax details. You can add your VAT number during checkout where applicable.

We support USD and MAD for estimation; final processing currency may vary by region and provider.

Product & Posting

Which platforms are supported?

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn are available. Additional channels (X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Telegram, Mastodon, Discord, Bluesky, Slack, VK, Lemmy, Warpcast) are on the roadmap and prioritised by demand.

What post types/formats do you support?

Standard posts and short‑form video (Reels/Stories/Shorts) where the platform allows. Captions, hashtags, thumbnails and first‑comment options are supported per platform capabilities.

How do retries and success billing work?

We automatically retry transient failures (e.g., network timeouts). Credits are consumed only when the destination platform confirms the publish request. Subsequent removals by a platform (policy takedown) do not retroactively change billing.

Scheduling and time zones

Schedule per post with localised time‑zone support. Queues and campaign planning help align bursts and launches across channels.

Accounts & Teams

Do you support workspaces, roles and approvals?

Yes. Organise brands/clients into workspaces. Assign roles, require approvals, set spend caps and export audit logs for compliance.

Single sign‑on (SSO) and MFA

SSO via SAML/OIDC is available on enterprise plans. MFA is recommended for all users and required for admins on enterprise.

Security & Compliance

How do you protect data?

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (e.g., AES‑256), least‑privilege access, tenant scoping, centralised logging and continuous monitoring. See our Security page.

Do you offer a DPA and regional hosting?

Yes. A Data Processing Addendum is available for enterprise customers. Regional hosting options are available on request.

Which subprocessors do you use?

We work with carefully selected providers (cloud hosting/CDN, email, analytics, payments). A current list is available on request. All subprocessors are bound by appropriate data protection terms.

Developers & API

Is there an API and webhooks?

Yes. Webhooks provide post lifecycle events (queued, posted, failed). API access is available for teams and enterprise. See Developers.

Rate limits and idempotency

We apply sensible rate limits. Use idempotency keys to avoid accidental duplicate publishes. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits.

See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We process personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

How do I exercise my data rights?
